Intermittent Disruption of Service

Full network connectivity has now been restored at our London datacenter. Our network engineering team is closely monitoring the situation to make sure that network operation remains nominal. Our upstream provider detected and corrected the severe packet loss issue which caused sitewide disruption of service at our London Datacenter. We are expecting a root-cause analysis and postmortem (RFO) from them shortly, which we will strictly review to make sure preventive / corrective actions are taken by them. We would like to sincerely thank our customers for their patience and understanding during this incident and we will try to ensure that an event of this type is avoided in the future.

Our Load balancing and Firewall layers have been particularly affected by site-wide network interruptions and connectivity issues at our London Datacenter. Our network engineering team is working with our upstream provider to get these issues resolved as soon as possible. All websites hosted at London are currently experiencing degraded performance.
