Connectivity Issues between London and Singapore DC

Our upstream provider has narrowed down the root cause of today’s incident that affected the interconnection between London and Singapore data centers and additionally assured our network engineering team that they have taken corrective actions so this type of incident is avoided in the future.

Full network connectivity has now been restored between affected datacenters. Our network engineering team is closely monitoring the situation to make sure that network operation is nominal.

We are experiencing sporadic connectivity issues with traffic being routed between our London and Singapore datacenters. Our network engineering team is working with our upstream provider to get these issues resolved as soon as possible.
