Our devops & network engineering teams have successfully resolved the connectivity issue by reinitializing network routes on our Firewall and Load Balancing tiers. The root-cause of the incident will be thoroughly investigated with our upstream provider so connectivity remains nominal and stable to all our locations. Total incident time 12 mins.

We are experiencing a connectivity issue with inbound routing at our London Datacenter. Our network engineering team is currently investigating, CDN enabled customers are not affected at this time.
