RESOLVED

2015-JAN-31  07:09UTC (RESOLVED)

Our DevOps team reports that all nodes have successfully re-joined the AppTier grid cluster and have resynced all data. Our WordPress App Tier cloud infrastructure @ London is now fully operational.

2015-JAN-31  05:36UTC (UPDATE)

Failed hardware has been replaced and physical infrastructure is back at normal redundancy levels. Our team has also localized an issue with our app grid cluster when double failures are detected. Currently our AppTier is running on a different set of hardware nodes with a slightly different configuration. We are monitoring for optimal performance and some customers may experience sporadic interruption over the next few hours as we normalize our grid cluster by slowly allowing all nodes to re-join and sync back with each other.

Multiple simultaneous hardware failures have triggered service interruption on our WordPress App Tier cloud infrastructure at our London Datacenter. Our DevOps engineering team is currently working on a fix.
