Support email delivery delays

Upstream connectivity has been fully restored and e-mails to  support at pressidium.com are currently being delivered normally.

The issue has been marked as resolved.

Due to connectivity issues that one of our upstream cloud providers is experiencing, emails sent to support at pressidium.com are currently being delivered with additional delay. We advise customers, willing to contact support, to use the support section in the Pressidium portal, which remains un-affected.

We are working closely with our upstream cloud provider on a resolution and expect full-service recovery within the following hours.
