After monitoring the system’s performance, we have confirmed that everything is back to normal. A post-mortem report will follow in the next few days, analyzing the course of the issue.

We’re still investigating the issue causing intermittent performance degradation. We have isolated the issue to be within our filesystem solution and we are currently working on taking the required steps to resolve this as soon as possible. The issue persists and our systems in the US-EAST-2 region are affected by intermittent network performance that is experienced by our upstream provider. Our team is using all available assets and is working hard in collaboration with our upstream provider in order to resolve this.
